Order Form and Information Request

Please use this form for custom clothing orders and to contact me with any questions.  I am a small business and like to make business more personal.  I want you to end up with the item and colors that you want, so special orders involve a short correspondence.   

  1. Please tell me the product name, The color combination you like, the size if applicable, and desired shipping address. 
  2. I will respond with the total price for the order
  3. Then you can make a payment at www.paypal.com if you make the payment out to   (I have to ship to your billing address with paypal).  I also can take checks by mail or credit cards over the phone.
  4. Once I receive payment I will send the products to you.   It might be a bit slower but it allows us to get to know each other. 

Since I work out of my home I am at "work" most of the time and will respond the same day.  But I do enjoy frequent bike rides, visiting neighbors, kayaking, backpacking trips and exhibiting at festivals.  Thus it is possible that I might not respond for a few hours or a few days.  Feel free to call or e-mail any day of the week.

$4 flat fee for all orders under $29.99
$6.50 flat fee for all orders over $30.00
International orders will be quoted

Orders are normally shipped via USPS

Tax
All orders shipped within the state of Virginia
will be charged the 5% sales tax

 
Terms of Sale
Please contact me before shipping any items back.  I stand behind my workmanship but not behind your choices.  Defective workmanship will be repaired or replaced and shipped back to you free of charge.   All other returns can be made as exchanges for another product of same value.  The customer must pay for return shipping and any custom sewing fees.   I do not accept returns for custom sewing orders.
